At your facility

Regularly organize your own workshops where you can (re)train your staff. In addition to technical training, staff can also benefit from training in communication, problem solving, customer service and management [1]. Present actual situations and problems and discuss how to solve them. Focus on the issues raised in the staff’s and users’ feedback.
